Membership Applications 2025

The Membership for the 2025 Season is now full and we are no longer accepting applications.

Membership Applications. Points to Note:

  • Local residents will always have priority for membership.  To facilitate this locals have exclusive access to join / renew from 1st January until 28th February each year.
  • We require full membership to ensure the financial viability of the pool.  Therefore from 1st March, if local residents have not filled the membership, remote members can renew. Local residents can continue to renew / join.
  • The Ballot process, which was trialled in 2025, meant that anyone missing out on membership, or any remote members wishing to join had the opportunity to apply.  The success of this trial is being reviewed and no decision has been taken for future seasons.

Renewals. Points to Note:

  • Memberships are only for a single season. 
  • There are no automatic renewals and you must apply to renew each year.
  • Renewal reminders are not sent.  Please make a note of key dates for your diary:
    • 1st January: Local residents join / renew 
    • 1st March: Remote member renewals (if space allows)
    • 15th March: Ballot will open if apprioved for 2026 season (TBC)
