Gate Card Not Working
If your gate card doesn't work, please contact the Membership Secretary on membersec[at]sherepool.org.uk, with the number printed on your card. This number can be found in the right hand corner of your card and starts with a K.
Lost or Damaged Gate Cards
If you have lost your gate card or it has been damaged, please contact the Membership Secretary on membersec[at]sherepool.org.uk. If you know your gate card number, please provide this.
The cost of a replacement card is £15, which will include the postage.
