Despite rising costs, the 2023 AGM agreed with the Committee's proposal to keep membership fees at the same level as 2023. The cost of a family membership stays at £120 and an individual membership at £60. The cost for new/replacement gate cards has been increased to £12 to cover additional administration costs (we post them to you without the need for an SAE), as has a book of guest passes/tickets (to £11) for similar reasons.
This year we are pleased to announce that we have a new online membership system operated on our behalf by a local company: MemberMojo. This should simplify the application process and allow for immediate confirmation that your application has been received. Once approved, payment of membership fees can be made online or via bank transfer. Due to the costs and handling involved, cheques will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.

Local Membership is limited to residents of Shere, Peaslake, Gomshall, Holmbury St. Mary, Abinger and Albury.
As the application process has moved online, there will no longer be forms available in the Co-op in Shere. Should you experience problems completing an online form, please contact the Membership Secretary (details below).
Applications for Remote Membership Renewal will be opened up from 1st March 2024
From 1st March ALL applications regardless of whether they are LOCAL or REMOTE will be enrolled in the order they are received until the club membership is full.
Should the membership not be fully subscribed by the end of March, application forms for REMOTE NEW Memberships will be available from 1st April 2024
PLEASE note that NO applications will be considered if received before the correct date!
