Applications for the 2027 swimming season will once again be on-line.
Local residents have priority to apply for membership from 1st January – 28th February.
Local Membership is defined as residents of Shere, Peaslake, Holmbury, Gomshall, Abinger and Albury Parish
From 1st March applications from local and remote members are processed in the order they are received so we urge local residents to apply for membership in January or February.
Memberships will go live at 12 noon on 1st January 2027
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ:
Renewing 1st Jan – 28th Feb:
- If you were a member in 2026 your membership details will be on our system and you should:
- Click Here
- Login to your account via the button on the top right of the membership site (Do not click on the big, red Join / Renew button).
Joining 1st Jan – 28th Feb:
- If you were NOT a member in 2026:
- Click Here
- Click on Join / Renew and register an account
Joining / Renewing From 1st March Onwards:
- All Local Member account information from 2026 will be removed .on 1st March
- If you were a member in 2026 you will NOT be able to login as your account no longer exists
- To join or renew all local residents must do the following:

- Click on Join / Renew and register an account. (To be clear, this applies even if you were a local member in 2026)
- Membership applications will be reviewed in the order they have been received until we reach capacity minus 20 memberships
- Please be aware that submitting an application does not mean you have successfully joined / renewed. This is not confirmed until you receive confirmation and a request for payment
BALLOT PROCESS
We recognise that demand for membership is likely to be greater than the number available. To address this, 20 memberships will be retained and offered through a ballot. The ballot is open only to the following groups:
- Local residents who did not join / renew in January or February
- Remote members who held membership in 2026 or 2025
- Applications must be submitted online
- The ballot will open once membership capacity has been reached and will close at 9am on Friday 19th March
- All applicants will be informed of the outcome by 1st April 2027
- If any memberships remain available after the ballot has taken place, they will be offered to new remote members
